A sensitive and low environmental impact approach to remodel an existing estate. Led by Alex Ely, Mae Architects.

Carrowbreck Meadow:

A low-density settlement of Passivhaus certified homes with an over-provision of affordable homes. Led by Hamson Barron Smith.
