About The Event
Site visits include;
St Chads, Tilbury
A development of 128 new homes for Thurrock Council, which fulfils the council’s aims of regenerating the town as well as providing new subsidised housing.
The Echoes, Grays
The first project to be delivered under the Thurrock delivery programme and includes entirely social rent homes. The scheme includes a community centre and 53 flats.
Bracelet Close, Stanford-le-Hope
Twelve homes around a central courtyard, that make the most of a sloping site to provide views and light, all designed for shared ownership.
Brentwood School, Brentwood
A new Sixth Form Centre, 420 seat assembly hall, and Learning Resource Centre. The design offers a contemporary interpretation of existing 19th century buildings on the site, exploring the capability of brick to create a forward-thinking statement for the school.
