About The Event
A Suffolk wide initiative to improve design quality in the built environment.
In partnership with Suffolk Association of Local Councils (SALC), we are hosting a workshop to give you an opportunity to help shape Suffolk Design. This is an invitation only event and is exclusive to parish councillors and all parish and neighbourhood representatives. Places are limited in number and will be allocated to ensure fair geographical coverage from across the County.
Please register your interest no later than Wednesday 20th February and we will allocate places by return.

We want to hear about how villages and neighbourhoods in Suffolk are changing and the challenges you are facing.
We want to learn from your experience of:
- Engaging with developers and the planning system.
- neighbourhood Planning and other parish/neighbourhood policy and guidance.
- Working with district and borough councils, and the County Council.
We will discuss:
What shared principles would ensure design and planning in Suffolk, was it as good as it could have been?
