On Thursday, 7 November 2019 the second of the four workshops was held. The four workshops aim to work towards producing a Charter and design management process to ensure all elements of integrated, functional design have been considered. 

The aim was to build on the insights from the first workshop and to together begin to develop the content of the ultimate output – the Suffolk Design Management Process (SMDP).
