Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) are no longer just a technical requirement, they are a fundamental part of creating resilient, attractive, and biodiverse communities. Join the Suffolk Lead Local Flood Authority (LLFA) for an interactive workshop exploring the "basics" of SuDS and how to move beyond underground tanks to surface-based, nature-led solutions.
This session will bridge the gap between technical engineering and urban design, showing how managing water on the surface can enhance the "four pillars" of SuDS: Water Quantity, Water Quality, Amenity, and Biodiversity.
