Hosted at Shotley Village Hall and incorporating a guided visit to Barrelmans Point, this interactive session combines workshop discussion with site-based learning to explore how design quality, infrastructure expectations and financial viability influence development outcomes.
Using Barrelmans Point as a live case study, we will examine how design-led thinking can be maintained while responding to the constraints and opportunities that shape real-world projects.
