Suffolk Design Management Process

The Suffolk Design Management Process is an agreed approach across Suffolk Authorities in helping guide development to ensure design and quality are secured and discussed early in the development process.

The plan provides a step-by-step process on overarching outcomes depending on the stage of development, along with expectations from those involved, from the council, community and applicant/developer.

The plan encourages that discussions are logged and tracked to monitor design development from all those involved.  Templates of the logs can be downloaded below.
